Life is good. Way too often, I focus on what went wrong...what went wrong at work...what went wrong with my eating plan for the day...what I didn't get around to doing...etc. Instead, I want to focus on the good each day and reflect on all the good in my life.

Day 130....Grateful for Great Friends...
I got to go to a sweet friend's wedding in Arkansas with some great friends of mine. It was such a fun night! Thankful for you girls!
